D&C Marriage Enrichment, Inc. is a Minority Owned, Majority Woman Owned Small
Business established in 2018 in Norcross, Georgia. Our primary mission is to provide an array of services and
products to individuals looking for personal, educational, and relationship development assistance.
These services are provided through specified curriculum, digital courses, coaching,
counseling, enrichment activities, books, and specialized events.
About the CEO/CFO
Darryl and Charlotte Baker are the owners of D&C Marriage Enrichment, Inc. and they have a combined total of 25 plus years of professional experience. Their experience includes training, development, and instructional design. Charlotte Baker is the CEO and Darryl Baker is the CFO. The couple has four degrees between them with one being a Masters in Counseling. They are Certified Facilitators of the Prepare and Enrich Program. Charlotte Baker is a Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS II). They both worked in the public school system for a combined total of 18 years. They have taught life skill courses to youth in a not-for-profit setting. Both Darryl and Charlotte Baker are committed to excellence and providing services that help Federal and State clients reach the level of success they desire.

Past Teaching experience
Teaching In Uganda, Africa
In the summer of 2019, Darryl and Charlotte Baker spent two weeks in Uganda, Africa with a team of individuals teaching and training the local citizens. They both provided group coaching services, personal development insight, and relationship development assistance.
Training & Coaching Teachers
Darryl Baker facilitated training for six years on a quarterly basis for teachers in a not-for-profit setting. During this time, he provided educational support services to his facilitators.
Training & Administration
Charlotte Baker provided individual and family services by teaching Anger Management, Self Esteem, and Money Management life skill courses for up to eight clients at a time.
Teaching Curriculum
Charlotte Baker taught in the public school system in Illinois and Georgia for a combined total of 15 plus years.
